BevCarb Driver Job Summary:

Under the direction of, and reporting to the Branch Manager, The BevCarb Driver position is responsible for delivery to customer locations. This role is Friday-Monday, working 32+ hours a week. 

Key Responsibilities:

 Responsible for the Safe, efficient, and courteous Completion of assigned deliveries

  • Arrive ready to work, verify daily priorities if questions
  • Verify operational integrity of equipment, load and go
  • All paperwork completed error free

Keep your Eyes and ears open

  • Be alert for Customer site safety concerns, moves or closures, and Report
  • Note any CM2 EQ or back up deficiencies, Repair if possible, and Report
  • Check in with customer if time/timing allows

Act and Respond with a Sense of Urgency

  • Clean, professional appearance and behavior
  • Make every customer interaction the best it can be
  • Be the face of CM2 to our customers  

Maintain Driving certifications

  • Proper Class DL (A,B as trained and certified)
  • HazMat Endorsement, Tanker if required
  • Health Card renewals

Facility and Equipment Maintenance

  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization, including seasonal interior and exterior upkeep.
  • Set up new and used equipment for sale or delivery.
  • Support a safe and efficient workplace through regular inspection, cleaning, and maintenance activities

Education, Experience and Certifications

  • High School degree or equivalent preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a driver position preferred.
  • Experience working with high pressure cylinders preferred.
  • Must be able to attain a Class A CDL with HAZMAT and Tanker Endorsement.
  • High level of ethics, honesty, and transparency
  • Must possess excellent analytic, organization and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with respect to CM2 operations, ownership, internally and externally.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software, and standard business equipment (phone, computer, copier/scanner etc.).

Work Conditions:

  • Must be ablet to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds with frequent lifting/carrying of objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
  • Adhere and comply with all DOT, Hazmat, and safety regulations.
  • Apply manual dexterity, visual acuity, and ability.
  • Adhere to all proper safety standards and regulations including wearing proper protective equipment and gear as it relates to the job.
  • Detailed knowledge of state and local laws governing operation of motor vehicles on highways and city streets including obeying all traffic laws.
  • Able to manage the driving schedule and to plan and prepare ahead.
